Ever the sports fans, we were up early on September 25 for the drive down to College Park, Maryland. Ashley and Jason had many new house organizing chores to do on one of their few free weekends, so they kindly gave us their tickets to the University of Maryland - Florida International University game along with the use of their parking pass for Lot 1. We had a fantastic time at the game on a very HOT! day, and we loved their new seats in the breezy shade!

It is a Maryland tradition to rub Testudo the Terrapin's nose for good luck before every game.
As the Terp cheerleaders ran in with the flags, all hoped that they would repeat that performance often throughout the game.
And, that they did as the Terps took this one by a score of 42-28!

I had plans to visit Annie and meet the movers who were taking furniture from Annie's storage up to Ashley and Jason's new house in Montclair, NJ.
